The Tulare City Council reviewed a downtown sewer condition and risk assessment that identified roughly $12 million in prioritized capital improvements, approved several contracts and task orders including a street-sweeping contract extension, an emergency lift-station design task order, and equipment replacements at the wastewater plant.
