Charleston County Planning Commission reviewed subdivision appeals and zoning amendments including an appeal of a Grantham Homes plat at 2762 Burton Creek Road (denied), approved a two-lot subdivision at 2718 Hamlin Beach Road with planned sale talks with the Lowcountry Land Trust, adopted short-term rental enforcement changes and sent proposed infrastructure coordination criteria back to a subcommittee for further work.
