Cass County Commission met and approved three resolutions: scheduling an April 20, 2026 ballot question on a property tax credit under Senate Bill 3, approving a services agreement to follow the county attorney to a new firm, and approving an IT services agreement to replace Lumen at roughly half the monthly cost. The commission then voted to go into an executive session under RSMo 610.021 for legal matters.
