Port Hueneme City Council held its Dec. 15, 2025 regular meeting: council reorganization (mayor and mayor pro tem selected), a new police K-9 was introduced, the council adopted an amended donation-acceptance policy requiring pre-solicitation notices, approved a five-year legal services agreement and appointed Paul Early as city attorney, and renewed the Bubbling Springs Park Little League agreement with minor adjustments.
