Board President (speaker 1) called the workshop to order at 05:30 p.m., announced roll call with Melinda Sebrasky, Charlene Diaz, Fred Rushton, Barb Zirzicki and Judy Reed present, and outlined that the meeting would review recommendations from ASBA Section B and the subcommittee work.
Workshop and regular meeting of the Bullhead City School Board on 2025-12-16: trustees reviewed a large package of ASBA-recommended policy changes in a workshop (including changes to employee paid time off and a proposed medical leave assistance program), approved multiple ASBA advisories on second reading during the regular meeting, heard reports on discipline declines and facilities (including an unsafe football field), approved a Title I preschool paraprofessional position and the district strategic plan and 2026–27 calendar, and convened an executive session on student discipline.
