Cedar Falls City Council held a regular meeting Dec. 1 that included public comments about the Sartori Hospital bequest, staff updates on a temporary downtown parking lot and a snow-emergency declaration, a public hearing and first reading to vacate 0.69 acres of Hudson Road right-of-way, adoption of a CDBG-funded sewer rehabilitation plan, and passage of several ordinances and a resolution supporting the Northeast Iowa Food Bank.
