The Cheektowaga Zoning Board of Appeals met Dec. 17, 2025. The board heard presentations on a proposed battery energy storage facility at 3695 Broadway (AC Power/Ingersoll Rand), discussed and ultimately tabled that use-variance request for further review, granted a driveway variance at 676 South Booth Road with a landscaping buffer condition, and tabled two other property items until January.
