The Chesapeake Bay Executive Council met publicly at the National Aquarium in Baltimore to approve a revised Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement, endorse new governance recommendations, charge formal tribal partnership work, and elect Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro as the council's next chair. Governors and federal and state agency representatives also described state-specific investments and progress toward pollution reduction targets.
