Rock Springs City Council met Dec. 16, 2025. The council heard a Safe Streets for All-funded Rock Springs Safety Action Plan presentation, opened a public hearing and approved the sale of the First Security Bank building to a private buyer, authorized ward-boundary review to address representation imbalances, approved several resolutions (audit, leases, budget revision, and adoption of the safety plan), and reviewed multiple ordinance repeals on first reading before adjourning.
