At a meeting of the Brandon City Council, members approved multiple routine and project-related measures including a supplemental budget ordinance, several resolutions raising fees and transferring funds, equipment and contract purchases for parks and utilities, and moved into executive session. A resident, Nicole Catava, urged the council to allow public comment on items when they arise.
