Broken Arrow City Council advanced a proposed 2026 general-obligation bond package to the ballot, approved a revised noise ordinance (Ordinance 3901) with an emergency clause, and set a hazardous-waste cost-recovery ordinance (preview Ordinance 3902) for adoption at a future meeting. The council also heard public comments supporting library, parks and public-safety projects and received a biannual report from the Economic Development Corporation.
