Garfield Heights City Schools board held a special work session on Dec. 8 to review its agenda for the Dec. 15 meeting, hear updates from the district and staff about a state-directed financial recovery plan that will include roughly $4 million in cuts, discuss a new regional United Athletic Conference, and vote to enter executive session to consider personnel and pending or imminent litigation.
