Brookshire City Council held a regular meeting Dec. 18, 2025. Council heard a public comment proposing a city holiday, approved routine minutes and several new-business items including an interlocal animal-control agreement, revision of the food-truck ordinance, a town-hall date for a proposed 12th Street development, equipment purchase for public works, and an appointment to a vacant council seat.
