Tooele City Council met Dec. 17, 2025, to honor outgoing Mayor Winn, hold public hearings and vote on several resolutions and an ordinance including budget amendments, an amendment to an interlocal cooperation agreement, sale and purchase of property, parks projects, and an aquatic center fee change.
