Mayor Eichard called the Dec. 15 meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., led the Pledge of Allegiance, and asked Molly to conduct roll call. Alderpersons Henry, Schaffer, Valdi, Wilkin, Pavin, Price and Laughlin were recorded present; Administrator Heffner and other staff were present as noted.
Delafield Common Council met Dec. 15, 2025. Key actions: council approved an amended conditional use for the 805 Wells development requiring different replacement tree species and two additional hackberry trees (vote 4-3), approved an assignment of a developer agreement, approved a vet clinic specific implementation plan, authorized a contract with Accurate Appraisal for city assessment services, adopted a $13,442 budget amendment for a phone-system back-end upgrade, accepted a $25,000 state urban forestry grant, approved vouchers, and authorized a 4% pay increase for the city administrator following closed-session review.
