Big Rapids City Commission received a presentation by Ferris State University students on a community survey about the Old Jail, reviewed grant activity and approved economic development contracting with the newly formed Big Rapids Regional Chamber. Commissioners voted to update an authorized signature/close a prior account and to authorize a three-year economic services contract.
