Daytona Beach Shores held a special commission meeting Nov. 25, 2025, to consider negotiating a contract with interim City Manager Michael Fowler after the prior manager resigned; the commission voted 5-0 to enter contract negotiations and will return the contract for formal consideration at a later meeting (earliest January).
