The Iron County Commission met in December 2025 for its final regular meeting of the year. Commissioners heard department reports (building, roads, landfill), held public hearings and approved a development agreement for the Adams Farm subdivision, a zone change to expand industrial land, budget amendments (including a one-time geothermal payment), and a memorandum of agreement with Southern Utah University.
