Board Chair Matt Swanson called the special meeting to order and led roll call. Chair Matt Swanson noted the meeting was scheduled for 12/02/2025 and reviewed that the next two meetings would be busy; the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Several board members were present as recorded during roll call (Bill Holmgren, Carly Anderson, Paul Carbone, Brenda Albratz, Amber Cameron, Michelle Humphrey, Tony Greigenberger, Emily McDonald, Lucas).
The Lakeville Area Schools board met in a special session Dec. 2, 2025 to discuss three major matters: a staff presentation and board conversation about consolidating polling locations for special school elections; a first-quarter academic QBR with data on FastBridge, failing-course rates and curriculum alignment; and an extended facilities/levy discussion focused on middle‑school capacity and bond/levy timing. The meeting closed with a discussion of a superintendent evaluation rubric and adjournment.
