The Bowie city council met for its year-end session to hear the city manager's project updates, consider several ordinances and resolutions (including a stop-sign ordinance, a street abandonment and an agreement with the Espinosa property owners), approve trustee-property resale by auction, reappoint two library board members and authorize a regional solid-waste grant application.
