Tupelo City Council met Dec. 2, 2025. Council approved a FY2026 budget amendment that includes a proposed 3% cost-of-living increase for full-time staff, accepted several routine minutes and purchases, approved appointments to neighborhood design review committees, authorized a sole-source purchase of a 3D mapping device for police use, and accepted conveyance and demolition of three surplus properties.
