The City of Alpharetta Design Review Board met Dec. 19, 2025, to hold a workshop and public hearing on three applications: an exterior update for a vacant PNC Bank branch, the large Portman Brookside mixed‑use redevelopment (site plan, landscape and building elevations), and an LG Electronics R&D/test chamber building. The board approved PNC’s exterior changes and multiple Portman items (site plan, photometrics, landscape) and approved Portman elevations with a requirement to return with a revised north elevation and mechanical vent strategy; the board approved LG’s civil/landscape and exterior materials with conditions on dumpster materials and a field‑approved color match for the rainscreen.
