DeKalb City Council held a lengthy public hearing and approved ordinances to annex, zone and enter a development agreement for Project Vector, a proposed four‑building data center on about 560 acres. The hearing included developer presentations on cooling, power and noise mitigation and more than two dozen residents and stakeholders offering both support and strong concerns about noise, wildlife, water, and utility impacts.
