The Rolling Hills Estates Planning Commission met to consider a site-plan review, multiple variances and a conditional use permit for 10 Saddleback Road; staff presented the proposal, a landscape architect spoke in support, commissioners discussed grading, drainage, deck height and setbacks and voted to approve the resolution. Staff introduced two new planning staff and the commission set a January 20, 2026 field-trip meeting date.
