Meeting called to order; commissioners held the Pledge of Allegiance and conducted roll call confirming Commissioners Chen, Emerson, Joshi, Kimsey, Stroud, Woodwell and Chair Sabatini were present.
The Pleasanton Library Commission met Dec. 4, 2025, heard a staff presentation on the summer reading program with participation and survey results, approved revised commission work-plan priorities (including adding a budget review and volunteer programs) for recommendation to city council, and elected new chair and vice chair. Staff also updated the commission on vendor changes affecting collection acquisitions and Friends of the Library upcoming sales.
