The Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission met to approve a plat of survey for Parcel FF at 908 Cedar Lane and to discuss administrative items including a January meeting scheduling conflict and enforcement of alternative (septic) systems. The commission voted to forward the plat to the City Council for decision; staff noted the December 15 city council agenda date and that the county attorney handles enforcement of alternative systems.
