Mesa City Council held a Dec. 8, 2025 study session to review the upcoming council agenda, discuss a proposed park e-bike speed limit and related enforcement questions, continue a battery-storage item and a transit-oriented development item to January, and review a package of building and fire code updates slated to take effect in early 2026.
