The Marshall County Board of Zoning Appeals met Dec. 16, 2025, to enter specific findings of fact after a court remand in the denial of Tamarac Solar Energy’s special-use application (24BZA45). The board amended draft findings to cite impacts on open space, wildlife, village growth and construction effects, voted to approve the findings, and will submit them to the judge.
