City of Federal Way FedRack committee met in November to consider routine consent items and three substantive presentations: a proposed interlocal agreement to join the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force; renewal of the downtown police substation lease; and remaining furnishings, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for the joint-use operations facility. Several items were forwarded to the Jan. 6, 2026 council consent agenda.
