Mayor Brad Horton called the Dec. 16, 2025 regular meeting of the Kennedale City Council to order at approximately 5:30 p.m. The city secretary conducted roll call; six members were present.
Kennedale City Council met Dec. 16, 2025, and approved professional services agreements to design the Little School Road extension and to begin rehabilitation design for the T3 elevated storage tank, approved interlocal utility work with Arlington, revised procurement policy language for federal grants, and appointed a council member to the Municipal Animal Services Committee. The council continued a zoning public hearing to Jan. 20, declined to act on TCAP board elections tonight, and tabled negotiations on the Kennedale FD/ESD contract.
