Meridian City Council met Dec. 16, 2025 and approved a series of land-use applications (Burrow Village, Apex Cadence, Apex Zenith, Hills Century Farm), adopted water/sewer rate changes and multiple budget amendments including grant- and trust-related funding; the council also approved the Rail-with-Trail construction contract and an appointment to the Solid Waste Advisory Commission.
