The City of Norton Board of Zoning and Building Appeals approved a variance allowing a covered rear patio at 2878 Willowway (Lot 13) to extend roughly 1.5 feet into the 50-foot rear setback after a 5-0 vote; minutes from 11/18/2025 were also approved and the meeting adjourned.
