Oskaloosa City Council met Dec. 15, 2025. Public comment included complaints about behavior by the contractor for the city golf course; the council heard an annual report from the Mahaska Community Recreation Foundation, considered special assessments and a waiver for a recently purchased property, approved several ordinances and a resolution honoring Councilmember Lisa Ocean, and voted to enter closed session on pending litigation.
