Superintendent Carl Lemathe opened the Dec. 16 Niskayuna Central School District Board of Education meeting with student and athletic recognitions, heard multiple public comments about residency and proposed changes to honors/science coursework, received curriculum and capital-project updates, reviewed budget survey results, and moved to executive session to discuss legal and personnel/negotiation matters.
