The Livingston County Board of Supervisors appointed Shannon L. Killian as county administrator effective Dec. 1 and, by unanimous consent or roll call, approved a long consent agenda including board and committee appointments, multiple contract awards and amendments, budget adjustments and adoption of 2026 pay and benefits for non‑bargained employees.
