The Mobile County Commission held a conference in advance of its Dec. 22, 2025 regular meeting to review a lengthy consent agenda of contracts, grants, leases and renewals and to discuss adding Friday, Dec. 26 to the county holiday schedule. Commissioners debated that holiday proposal and several staff reports, heard brief updates about community events, and adjourned until Monday.
