Chair Chase opened the meeting, established quorum with Commissioners Vandell, Bechoyer, Rogers, Vice Chair Kenny and Chair Chase present, and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The Corte Madera Planning Commission held a study session on a design-review and variance request for 208 Summit Drive on steep Christmas Tree Hill, focusing on a proposed garage that would push parts of the house above the 30-foot height limit and potentially into an increased side-yard setback. Commissioners requested additional neighborhood outreach, geotechnical and construction-management detail, and clearer diagrams showing shading, parking, and property relationships. Staff also presented a finalized public-noticing policy and a preview of the 2026 staff work plan.
