The Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen held a regular meeting with a public hearing on Ordinance 25-06 (rezoning of 5866 Ivanhoe Road). After extensive resident opposition focused on traffic, safety and neighborhood character, the board voted to deny the rezoning. The council also approved a state training-equipment grant of $13,700, passed a four-item consent agenda (6-0), and set a public hearing for Ordinance 25-09 on Jan. 13, 2026.
