Forest Lake City Council held a truth-in-taxation hearing and adopted the 2026 budget and levy after a presentation from Finance Director Ellie Larkin and public comment. The council also approved a number of routine items including a cooperative Elm Crest corridor agreement, updated fee schedule, a donation to a local nonprofit, and a downtown snow/ice removal expansion.
