The East Islip Union Free School District board met for its regular business meeting. The board heard a presentation on a new Comprehensive School Counseling Plan, received student performances and club presentations, approved routine personnel and consent-agenda items (resignations, donations, appropriation changes) and reviewed a request for the varsity cheerleading team to attend a national competition.
