Oceanside City Council held a regular meeting on Nov. 5, 2025. Council approved multiple consent items, extended a temporary road closure at Lagoon View Drive, adopted updated building-code ordinances, approved downtown water/sewer projects, approved revised water and wastewater rates after debate, and adopted a revised parks and recreation user-group classification after extensive public comment and council amendments.
