Burbank City Council held its regular meeting Dec. 16, 2025. The council adopted consent items including a regulatory framework to allow wayfinding/advertising kiosks, appointed a Heritage Commission member, heard extended public comment on a possible Warner Brothers acquisition and immigration enforcement, and directed staff to prepare letters to state and federal officials about the possible studio merger.
