The Guymon Convention and Tourism Board met on Main Street and recommended three small-business grant awards totaling $13,206.98 to forward to city council; members also discussed a large incoming Blattner solar project, hotel/motel tax prospects, and budget items including a community-events overspend and a proposed increase to the big-grants line for next year.
