Lehi Planning Commission met Dec. 4, 2025, and handled routine schedule and minutes approvals, several plats/subdivisions (including approval of a lot-line amendment and Epiphany Point preliminary plat), denied the Spur Ranch 14‑lot concept plan, and debated two related Thanksgiving Station/Housing & Transit Reinvestment Zone (HTRZ) development agreements after extensive public comment; commissioners also recommended adoption of a water-use and preservation element for the general plan.
