Trustees approved a multi-item consent agenda (including software, insurance and settlement agreements), voted to amend tobacco retail licensing rules related to body‑camera connections, heard two public commenters about camera enforcement and a $400 fire lift charge for a senior, and moved into executive session to discuss closed minutes and a claim settlement.
