O'Fallon City Council conducted its Dec. 15, 2025 meeting: the council presented a parade proclamation, heard public comment on the proposed property tax levy, approved a forestry resolution and a package of routine motions (warrants, first-reading ordinances including a change to meeting times and a zoning item), and adopted the annual levy on second reading.
