The Navasota Planning and Zoning Commission approved a replat to combine two lots at 1108 Grama Street to allow a single-family home and approved the preliminary plat for Stone Ridge Phase 2 (220 lots, 73.21 acres) with a contingency that TxDOT approve proposed LaSalle roadway improvements. Much of the Stone Ridge discussion focused on drainage, road layout changes and infrastructure capacity (water, gas, fiber).
