City council met for its year-end session in Moses Lake. Council welcomed new Grant County Prosecuting Attorney Brandon Guernsey, heard public comment and adopted a package of ordinances and agreements including downtown drive‑thru code changes, camping/shopping‑cart enforcement amendments, two extraterritorial utility agreements, a fee schedule, and a fire cost‑recovery ordinance.
