The council approved the 2026 mill levy certification (14.74 mills), approved a contract for municipal judge John Stenger, appointed Brad Crowell as city attorney on a one-year trial contract, heard staff reports on liquor/tobacco violation investigations and public works water/sewer spending, and received event and holiday updates before adjourning to December meetings.
