Keystone Central School District board held a reorganization and voting/work session Dec. 4, 2025; officers were elected, the business manager presented the 2024–25 year-end financial report showing a drop in unassigned fund balance driven largely by rising cyber-charter tuition, the board approved calendar adjustments and asked for a presentation from an outside staffing consultant firm before deciding on a contract.
